These terms cover your use of jamsengineering.com and purchases made directly from Jams Engineering, an independent California shop. Please read them alongside our Shipping & returns and Privacy Policy.

Our parts and compatibility

We make independent replacement parts and small printed products. Manufacturer names identify compatibility and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Compare the model, part number, photographs and product notes before ordering. Materials and any fitting requirements are listed on each product page. Contact us if you are unsure of the fit.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before you pay through Stripe. Availability is checked at checkout. A payment confirmation records your order; shipment is a separate step. If a price or availability error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and arrange a correction or refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Shipping and returns

We offer free USPS standard shipping to US addresses from California. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return postage; refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Contact [email protected] before returning an item for instructions. See the full return policy, including help for damaged, defective or incorrect parts. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Your account

Provide accurate contact and shipping information and keep your sign-in details secure. Google sign-in is optional. Do not access another person's account, submit misleading orders, or interfere with the service. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Safe use

Disconnect equipment from power and follow the manufacturer's service guidance when installing a part. Obtain qualified help when needed. Product descriptions do not replace equipment instructions or establish suitability for uses not described in the listing.

Website content and availability

Our descriptions, artwork and branding belong to Jams Engineering or their respective owners. You may use the site to research and purchase parts; do not misrepresent our work as your own. We may update content and features. If the website is unavailable, contact support about existing orders.

Marketplace purchases

Etsy and eBay purchases follow the terms and return information on the original marketplace order. Website accounts do not import those orders.
