Product details

Replace a worn or cracked vertical drive gear in the vintage Bernina 500/600 sewing-machine mechanism. Compare the original gear tooth profile, bore, stem and mounting arrangement with the unedited product and measurement photographs.

This is a single black printed polymer gear. Retain the existing mating components and steel collet, which is required over the stem and is not included. Installation can require machine timing and alignment; check free rotation and engagement before operation.
